TMChiptining have a youtube video where a total stock 159 Tbi is dynoed to 205 hp /327 Nm before ecu map and 241 HP / 414 Nm after.

Idles just fine after starting. At the second time I rev the rattle noise is always gone. Sometimes it gives me an engine warning light saying the outlet camshaft sensor has not been detected (even after replacement with brand new sensor). This warning light only comes on when I drive away and this noise appears (almost shutting down the engine).
I have a 159 ti 1750 TBI and my 'check engine' warning light came on. It was diagnosed as a faulty front lambda sensor which was changed my an Alfa mean dealer. All is seems ok, the light has stayed off, the car runs fine but my fuel consumption has dropped dramatically.

My now long gone 1750 started doing this when it was about a year old. The dealer couldn't isolate the cause, but I eventually came across Service Notes on an Italian website that covered the issue. I took them to the dealer and they eventually tracked down an English version of them, claiming that they'd never seen them before.
